This chapter describes how thermal labelling works.
As RetailVista is an online application (the website runs in server centre's on the internet) and your thermal label printers are located in the garden centre,
we have to install a program called 'LocalServices' on the pc where the labelprinter is attached too.
This program will 'tell our servers' how to reach the labelprinters.
