Call NedFox on the number above and listen carefully to the telephone system.
Leave a message and make sure (!) you close the conversation by pushing the hash (#) key. If the hash key isn't pressed, the record hasn't been saved, thus the support engineer doesn't receive a message on his phone.
For escalations you can call (or Whatsapp) your account manager (Martin or Dave). Martin's mobile number is 00 31 6 2500 8470, which you can also use for Whatsapp.
If the urgency is less important, you can also choose to send an email to: support@nedfox.nl Please provide us with as much information as possible. (try to include barcode, product number, a good / long description of the issue you are facing, and if possible a screenshot).
A support ticket is then automatically created on receipt and a member of staff will take action as soon as possible.
